Shipping Policy

Please give shipments up to one week to be packaged and shipped.

COVID UPDATE -

International delivery may be delayed due to the coronavirus pandemic.

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail.

We are not liable if any packages are lost or stolen. If your tracking number shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your carrier to file a claim.

Please ensure that the address you provided was the correct address. If you notice any mistakes, please email me/ dm me ASAP with your name, the correct address and your order number.

If the package is already shipped out by the time you notice, you may have to contact your countries mail services in order to intercept and correct. I am not responsible for any errors you may make when typing the delivery address.
